Competitors, Staff, Coaches, & Videographers are only permitted backstage and in competitor area.

*backstage passes will be sold for entry for Coaches and Videographers 

Competitors do not have to stay backstage the entire time of the show. 

WHAT WE ARE JUDGING

Muscularity with separation

Overall tone, and firmness 

Symmetry and balance

Stage presence, and poise

PREJUDGING

Each competitor will walk to the center of the stage and perform quarter turns

Judges will then compare competitors side-by-side and ask them to perform quarter turns

FINALS 

Each competitor will pick their favorite pose and lineup on stage.

Judges will be finalizing their top winners

 OVERALL COMPETITION 

Competitors that win FIRST place will stay for the Overall round to compete for the Overall Title
