Description

Women’s Wellness division is more developed muscle mass in the glutes, quads, and hamstrings, with a lean upper body that is not as developed as the lower body. Competitors still showcase a feminine and smooth-flowing stage presence.

Divisions

Classes will be tentatively separated based on your competitor submission info once you checkout.
Classes will be divided after the final weigh-in & Height measurements at Check-ins.
Classes will be posted the backstage morning of the show

Check-ins

Your height will be measured at check-ins
Have photo ID ready at the time of check-in

Prejudging Poses

Each competitor will walk to the center of the stage and perform quarter turns
Judges will then compare competitors side-by-side and ask them to perform quarter turns

*You will not provide your music

Finals

Each competitor will pick their favorite pose and lineup on stage.
Judges will be finalizing their top winners.

Overall Competition

Competitors that win FIRST place will stay for the Overall round to compete for the Overall Title.

Backstage

Competitors, Staff Coaches, & Videographers are only permitted backstage and in the competitor area.
Backstage passes will be sold for entry for Coaches and Videographers
Competitors do not have to stay backstage the entire time of the show.
